Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Processional

I was honored to be invited to participate in the Crystal River MLK Day Processional. The legacy of the late Dr. King remains an important part of the Civil Rights movement in our country. During the event, the City of Crystal River unveiled the renaming of 8th Ave in historic Copeland Park to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave. The renaming of the road was long overdue.

Having a chance to meet local residents and be part of this event was something I will cherish for years to come. I look forward to future opportunities to meet members of our community.
